Open the catalog upload and download this category’s CSV template. You can edit it in Excel or LibreOffice and save it as CSV. Give every article its own permanent article code (SKU), then add its price, stock and required category details.
Put the image filenames in the template and upload the matching photos as a ZIP, or use the supported public image links. Match every photo to its article using the fields in the template.
Upload your table, start the analysis and check the rows, prices, stock and any reported errors. Correct errors before confirming the import. Uploading the file alone does not publish your listings.
Choose whether to keep the listings as drafts or request publication, then start processing. Follow the progress and review the result. Photos and listings are checked before publication; drafts remain drafts until you publish them after approval.
For later catalog updates, keep the same article codes in the same account and category. This lets the import recognize existing items. Manually edited or protected listings may require a separate review.
