ONE NATION. A CENTURY OF POSSIBILITIES.
What if your most important weapon was the decision you made ten minutes before the battle? Master of Nations is a proposed online PC strategy game where industrial planning, diplomacy and battlefield command shape the same conflict.
THE VISION
Lead a nation through a compressed journey from 1914 towards 2050. Build factories, secure resources, fund research and choose when to negotiate, deter or fight. The long-term vision spans land, sea, air and cyber operations, with technological progress from early industrial warfare to the modern era. Escalation and nuclear decisions should carry strategic consequences, rather than guarantee victory.
THE FIRST PLAYABLE GAME
The first funded development phase focuses on a narrower, testable experience: Windows PC, 1v1 and 2v2 online matches, one map, a limited set of playable nations, and a 1914–1945 technology range. The planned core loop combines production, resource trade, research, conventional combat and simple diplomacy. Match length, balance and technical requirements will be tested with players.
A LARGER WORLD, BUILT IN STAGES
Additional nations and maps, 3v3/4v4, the later historical eras, nuclear deterrence, drones, cyber systems and richer AI diplomacy belong to the longer-term roadmap. They are not promised features of the first playable milestone. Experimental AI diplomacy will be evaluated for quality, cost and player safety before any release commitment.
CURRENT STATUS — IDEA STAGE
The project currently exists as an idea. There is no playable prototype, contracted development team or secured development budget. Mertkan Akin is the project initiator. Funding is intended to support recruiting a qualified team, technical validation and development. All campaign artwork is concept material, not evidence of working gameplay.
HOW DEVELOPMENT WOULD PROCEED
After successful funding, the first priorities are recruiting a technical lead, validating multiplayer architecture and publishing an itemised production plan. The working target is a private playable alpha within 12 months of successful funding and team mobilisation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date or a promise of the complete 1914–2050 game. The full-game schedule must be established after technical validation.
SUPPORT WITH CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
This is reward-based crowdfunding for an early-stage creative project, not an investment or a profit-sharing offer. Development may change, be delayed or fail. Planned digital reward tiers will distinguish access to test builds from delivery of the finished game. A purchase of the game must never buy a competitive gameplay advantage.
OUR PURPOSE
Create a strategy game in which your economy, your alliances and your military plans matter together. Help us test whether this vision can become a game worth playing for years.
Our design hypothesis is that some PC strategy players want economic planning, meaningful diplomacy and coordinated combat in a competitive session with a manageable duration. Combining these systems while keeping multiplayer fair and readable is the challenge we intend to test. This is a product hypothesis, not a claim that market demand has already been proven.
Build and test a focused online strategy core first: one map, a small roster of nations, 1v1/2v2, production chains, trade, research and conventional combat. Use structured player tests to validate match length, balance and diplomacy before expanding into later eras or larger battles. Prioritise a reliable networked game over adding every feature at once.
PC strategy players who enjoy economic planning, historical settings, competitive multiplayer and team coordination. Initial testing will target Windows PC players comfortable with unfinished alpha software. Age classification, final system requirements and supported storefronts have not yet been determined.
The project is at the point where player feedback and technical validation can most effectively shape its direction. The existing Gamefound preview provides a place to gather interest, but followers are not confirmed customers. The next meaningful evidence should be a tested prototype, a qualified team and a costed production plan.
