Additional rules for Crowdfunding
These category rules supplement the Terms and Conditions for offers in “Crowdfunding”. Mandatory law prevails in the event of conflict.

Crowdfunding
Projects must accurately explain purpose, use of funds, risks, rewards and current status.
Contributions do not create a return or success guarantee unless lawfully and expressly agreed.
A continuity plan must cover death, serious illness, incapacity or project failure before the last tranche. Once reported, new funding and unpaid tranches are paused. Released tranches and the transparently earned fee on them remain recorded; no CONE fee is earned on the unreleased remainder, which stays with the payment provider pending reviewed continuation or refund.
Users must obtain and keep current every permit, proof, label and disclosure required for their category.
CONE does not replace a professional, medical, legal, tax or safety assessment.
Content safety rules

These publishing rules apply to public user content across CONE24, including listings, profile media, Community posts, Shorts and live streams.
Public sharing of nudity, including sexually explicit images or videos, is prohibited.
Public sharing of realistic, graphic depictions of severe violence, serious injury or death outside a news-reporting context is prohibited. A news context does not permit unlawful content or the glorification of violence.
Report prohibited content using the available report controls or email info@cone24.com with the content link and a brief explanation. CONE24 may remove prohibited content and restrict accounts under the platform Terms.
